Oftentimes websites do this to browsers their javascript detection routine doesn't identify the browser as something they've whitelisted. The browser is using the same rendering engine that exists in the latest version of Chrome, and almost everything is compatible with Chrome these days.

Get User-Agent Swithcer from https://addons.opera.com/de/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher/?display=en and select Chrome on Windows as User-Agent on the website. -

Or simply write marlboro an email and ask them to fix this.
That way everybody else profits, too and usage statistics stay correct.
(If everybody using Opera pretends to use Chrome on their site, there's no need to care about Opera since there are no visitors) -

Well, You have to register with the site to have any hope of accessing it anyway.
Oh, and works fine in Opera Presto when identifying or masquerading as IE, but not as firefox.

On User Agent Switcher, if you set it at default, is that any different from giving it an Opera setting?

mine is doing same thing..i use to have no problem..then one day that saying poped up ...I tried calling them and because I told them I wasn't a smoker and I was calling for my hubby they acted like they were the white house...oh no we cantt givew you that info unless your a smoker...lol...f them and there stupid web site
