Oh, and works fine in Opera Presto when identifying or masquerading as IE, but not as firefox.

Get User-Agent Switcher
Or simply write marlboro an email and ask them to fix this.
That way everybody else profits, too and usage statistics stay correct.
(If everybody using Opera pretends to use Chrome on their site, there's no need to care about Opera since there are no visitors)

Get User-Agent Swithcer from https://addons.opera.com/de/extensions/details/user-agent-switcher/?display=en and select Chrome on Windows as User-Agent on the website.

The browser is using the same rendering engine that exists in the latest version of Chrome, and almost everything is compatible with Chrome these days.
