Disable content block

I just started using Opera a couple of days ago, and I've already run into a problem. I have sites I need to use for work, but I end up getting the Content Blocked notification; I click Allow, but as soon as the site reloads and I click on the link I need, Content Blocked again, and I can never get to what I need to actually work.
I've read Help and other posts, all of which tell me to go to Preferences to get to the point of being able to Disable Content Block. I've checked Settings, even using the search option, and there IS no Preferences anywhere. And I've also read to CTRL-click while using the site, but unless that means something other than clicking CTRL (which does nothing), I have no idea how to do that.
I'm using Opera 55.0. Can someone please help me so I can actually use this browser?

I haven't checked in the new version, but it should be possible for specific sites - depending on why the content was blocked. If the problem is insecure content on a secure site - that may not be able to be disabled, but that's a security issue. (The insecure site would be able to spy on what you're doing in the secure site, such as stealing logins or other private information.)

@sgunhouse Yes, it says it's insecure content. But I've been using this specific site for work for YEARS now with absolutely no problems.
