It helps if you explain it too, as we can't see if you are left-clicking or middle-clicking the bookmarks bar. Also, is it only the bookmarks bar?

Doesn't happen here, I was hoping someone else would jump in. Only suggestion I'd have is checking your mouse settings - some mouse software can do strange stuff. Opera expects it to be set to "system default" or equivalent; if they have a separate autoscroll setting it can confuse things.
