@jaffar , it looks like some of the content distribution networks Opera uses are blocked in Bahrain. Your best bet is downloading directly from our archive site as @sgunhouse pointed out.

For the current release that would be here: http://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/54.0.2952.41/mac/Opera_54.0.2952.41_Setup.dmg
