Registration?

Appeared not logged in. After submitting the usual it said to "complete registration". And to consent to stuff...
Why is this happening? NSA? Some forum shake-up?

@joshl That happened to me the other day just before Opera updated to Opera 53. It's probably something to do with O 53 which is why you're getting this. As usual, the devs are going out of their way to ruin what was once a great browser as much as possible every time they push an update.

No, it was the forum update. Happened to me a couple of times (different devices and/or editions of Opera). Since I hit it on my tablet it had nothing to do with a desktop update ...

Steve must be right. I'm with Opera 36.

So, I hit the consent box. Now what? I hope I'm not about to give out my liver:)

Get it on the news recently, and Google and a couple of others wrote me a letter - changing PP due to new regulations. Feels more like a formality...
