Disable video autoplay

The Disable HTML Autoplay extension doesn't seem to work with adblock enabled. It would be good if this feature was a part of Opera.

@nekomajin it's a Chromium flag. Probably in the future there will be a setting for it.
I would like to see one.

A setting cannot come soon enough. I find it incredible at the end of 2017 we have to manually stop videos from autoplaying - every time we visit a different page on the guilty websites. They suck up bandwidth and annoy just like the animated ads used to do before we disabled them.

I set the flag to 'Document user interaction is required', but the videos are still autoplaying - e.g. on http://www.dailypost.co.uk/news/north-wales-news/thought-dead-son-falls-snowdonia-14030286 and https://gizmodo.com/alabama-supreme-court-okays-destruction-of-digital-voti-1821223685

@leocg Apologies - I disabled my extensions and cleared my cache and the videos didn't autoplay - although it looked like the video was downloading in the background judging by the bandwidth used.
It seems the adblock plus extension is allowing the videos to autoplay. Unfortunately, adblock is pretty much the most essential extension to have an acceptable web browsing experience, so disabling it doesn't seem to be a good solution. I'll send them a message to see if they can help.
