The Speed Dial page sometimes load with Suggestions line of apps, sometimes it doesn't.
Is the page not loading completely at times, or is there something suspiciously wrong?
I sometimes get the feeling of a "presence" while using my computer.

No idea if your machine is haunted, but you can turn off suggestions if you like.

Apps? It should suggest pages based on your history.

I guess it's just the normal behavior.

I do want the Suggestions line, as I find it helpful, but sometimes it isn't there.
When your PC acts like its haunted, it could mean someone has hacked in.
If the missing Suggestioins is normal behaviour, I'll just let it be.
