<![CDATA[Speed Dial Start Page.]]>The Speed Dial page sometimes load with Suggestions line of apps, sometimes it doesn't.
Is the page not loading completely at times, or is there something suspiciously wrong?
I sometimes get the feeling of a "presence" while using my computer.

When your PC acts like its haunted, it could mean someone has hacked in.
If the missing Suggestioins is normal behaviour, I'll just let it be.

Apps? It should suggest pages based on your history.

I guess it's just the normal behavior.
