rxmlutil.dll is missing from your computer

When installing the new opera I get the rxmlutil.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling. That occurs once install is almost done.

Opera still runs but the install never finishes. What does it mean?

Good question, as the only references I find for rxmlutil.dll in a Google search relate to RexxMail.

its definitely odd , I even turned bit defender off for the install to check.

It installs fine just weird

What installer did you use? From where you downloaded it?
