<![CDATA[rxmlutil.dll is missing from your computer]]>When installing the new opera I get the rxmlutil.dll is missing from your computer try reinstalling. That occurs once install is almost done.

Opera still runs but the install never finishes. What does it mean?

It installs fine just weird
