Since Opera promotes adblocking, is there a plan for Opera to promote micropayment?

Some icons of Opera Developer was changed in ver.45.0.2545.0. I think this icon of private window is not good. Because I think many users can't understand what this icon means. Is this icon glasses? or binoculars?
And I'm sad to remove the Speed Dial animation when hovering mouse over the tiles. I like this animation! Because I am easy to know where mouse cursor. And this animation is fun! So, please adopt this animation again!

New update - Opera developer 45.0.2545.0
The change log, and the announcement.
"This week starts with a fresh update to Opera 45 in our developer channel. It brings you further Reborn aesthetic improvements, an ad block redesign, and important bug fixes.
Reborn with completely new icons
Our work on the Reborn project steadily continues. Recently, we added a menu button, which allows you to quickly log out from your sidebar messenger. Now, it’s time for a complete icon overhaul. New icons are even more refined and elegant, and some of them change colors, when active. We have carefully optimized the icons for various DPIs in order to make them look perfect.
In this update, we have removed the Speed Dial animation effect, when hovering your mouse over the tiles, and also added a new animation, when opening private mode.
Windows 7 native look and feel
This particular improvement has been one of our priorities, as many of you requested a deeper integration of the Reborn interface with Windows 7. The new interface respects Windows 7 look and feel, as we have brought back the window frame support for Aero.
Bug fixes
Last week, we gave you more control over ad block lists. Now, selecting, deselecting, and adding lists to the ad blocker are working correctly and take effect immediately, as we fixed it, and other related issues from last week.
Amongst this bunch of fixes, last week’s top crasher – “Crash when showing desktop notification requests” – is gone.
Stay tuned for more changes!"
The Chromium has been updated to version 58.0.3029.19.

Since 45.0.2545.0, the Opera menu and contextual menu, are surrounded with a big black frame: is this on purpose or is this just something happening to me?

Hi @hibou57, it's known issue, which is confirmed by few users (including myself). For more details, please have a look here, and here.

If the icon of Private Window of Opera Dev 45 is sunglasses, I think better to change like this image↓↓
http://photozou.jp/photo/show/124201/246494660
Because this icon doesn't looks like sunglasses. If the icon of Private Window of Opera Dev 45 is normal glasses, I think better to change motif. Because If the icon is normal glasses, I think almost users wouldn't understand why this icon means "Private Window".

@l33t4opera, thanks for the details. I also noticed the scrollbar sometime disappears. Unfortunately, I don’t know the cause, so I cannot tell about anyway to reproduce it. On the same site, it may be there, and sometime not. That’s on my own forum, so I know there is nothing which attempts to hide it. This was already the same with the previous version.

@hibou57 You're welcome, it's a feature, you can disable it in
opera:flags#overlay-scrollbars

New update - Opera developer 45.0.2548.0
The change log, and the announcement.
"Unusual for a Thursday, and unusual for the second time one week – we’ve got a developer update for you!
Recently, we started to receive significantly more crashes on x86 builds. We are still trying to figure out the cause for this sudden boost of crashes. That’s why the Windows 32-bit builds will be provided (for now) without PGO optimization, in order to to help us asses, whether the optimization is to be blamed for this, or not.
Besides that, there are plenty of ad blocker, and narrow sidebar fixes for you, to start testing this week.
Known issue: Windows 7 users might notice, that there is a crash notification after the update. We discovered, that it does not cause further issues for Opera after the update, and it will be fixed shortly."
