Every time I start Opera it pins itself to the taskbar now.

Version: 45.0.2539.0 (PGO) - Opera is up to date
Update stream: developer
System: Windows 7 64-bit (WoW64)

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Opera
2. Close Opera
3. Unpin Opera from Taskbar
4. Open Opera
5. Close Opera
6. Find pinned icon on the taskbar.
