Opera sets every search engine in italian language.

I am from Romania, windows and opera are both installed in english.
I just downloaded opera, installed it and ran it. After that, i went to the search bar, tipped google and for my surprise, the results appeared in italian. I changed the language to english, the results are coming in english but google has an .it at the end. Tried using duck/yahoo as a search engine and i get the same problem ? Why? Even when i have geo tagging enabled the bug remains. How do i get rid of this?
I gotta say that google chrome and firefox don't have this problem.Got some pictures to prove it.

Had the same problem when using windows 10. What i really wanted to say is that it pi***s me off. I wanna use opera but damn, even though this is a small problem it really gets on my nerves. Both google chrome and firefox are working fine. They recognize my google location or whatever to romania.

In settings, what are your preferred languages? Are you using Turbo or VPN?
Not using turbo nor VPN. Only english preffered languages.

Did. Tried to google but i can't fint no state file to modify. Can you point me where to search?
