Opera download linked website as htm instead of opening it

I have a dropbox link i visit from time to time but after the last update opera refuse to open this link. Instead of opening Opera start to download the linked side as useless htm file. Is there a way to force opera to open it? In the case that something is wrong with the linked side it would be better if Opera give me just an error instead of starting a pointless download.

Try getting to the link some other way ... most likely the change is at Dropbox and your link is no longer valid - if you open the file it may be some error message.

Exactly. Have you at least opened the html file to see what it says?

I tried to add the url manually in the url, as result the tab just close and the pointless download start again. I tried to open the htm ofc too but what i got was just a empty local version of the side with just the layout but without content.
