<![CDATA[Opera download linked website as htm instead of opening it]]>hello

I have a dropbox link i visit from time to time but after the last update opera refuse to open this link. Instead of opening Opera start to download the linked side as useless htm file. Is there a way to force opera to open it? In the case that something is wrong with the linked side it would be better if Opera give me just an error instead of starting a pointless download.

I tried to open the htm ofc too but what i got was just a empty local version of the side with just the layout but without content.
