Which Google-translates to:
"As a bonus, if you access from Japan, rather than Opera 12.18 to be downloaded originally, different things will come down at all. Urgent, I will please you to investigate and remediate."

Will opera 12.17 have an update? [cleaned]
No, at least "no" in the sense of changes made to 12.17's native fit/form/function. There may be future security updates that bump the version 'decimal' number, though as the Blink Opera version continues developing, even the chances of that are receding. As to whether Opera ever "pulls the trigger" to auto-update 12.17 to whatever Blink version is current at the time, that remains speculation.

Actually, it appears there's a poster who mistook the version number 12.17 as 12.19. Checking for both updates and at the Opera download archive, 12.17 remains the latest version. So... nothing to see here, move along...

@sgunhouse, on a seemingly unrelated note, yet IMO pertinent after all, I have an auto-mechanic friend who constantly encounters cars whose owners have inserted the wrong oil filters - sometimes to the point of damaging the installation interface. Inability to either correctly determine or grasp the importance of accurate model or version numbers seems to tie into a common thread running through human nature...

It's looking like that Opera has removed version 12.17.
And replaced with links that let all to a version of
Opera Mobile for Symbian cellular system. So, supposedly, Opera old users and starters would forget once and for all
the Opera 12.xx versions or possible sucessor, and together,
use only new versions of Opera, based on Chromium open-source Project. -

I didn't like the remotion of My Opera and Opera Portal,
there were very much interesting threads and very
frequent support quotes and thereads by Opera staff.(My Opera)
There were lots of news attending to each user's taste.(Opera Portal)
And theirs visual was Opera like, beautiful and unique.I liked Opera forum more when it was My Opera.
The staff posts are not integrated any more to users posts.
New visual of opera forum and opera news is not so comphy
and a little boring.Staff's blog is called opera desktop team's blog.
