Is it possible to remove a specific extension icon from the address bar in opera?

I don't want to remove the extension. I just want to remove the icon to avoid clutter.

There doesn't seem to be an extension to do this. Is there perhaps a tweak or flag that might do this?

Try the extension settings, or the extension manager.

          Ctrl+Shift+E > Hide from toolbar

lando ... thank you. That works perfectly.

It's amazing. All this time and I never even thought about that option!

I must have missed it, but I looked at all the menus and can’t find an Extensions Manager or Extensions Settings.

I tried to find information on how to uninstall an extension and can't figure out what to do other than reinstall Opera.

(By the way, If you hide an extension icon using a keyboard shortcut, how do you restore it?)

                Menu > Extensions > Extensions Manager. Or opera://extensions/ or Ctrl + Shift + E.

You uninstall extensions from the extensions manager.
