Audio playing but video not working, black screen

I'm having problems playing mp4 videos, on html 5. The audio comes in but the picture is black, the same issue w/ Chrome but none with Safari. I been searching and looking everywhere for a resolution and still can find it. I think its a problem on the browsers end, thanks.
