I have Windows 8, but it should be the same in W7.
Paste that in explorer's address bar and press enter

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Cache

If you want to navigate manually;
C:\Users\YOUR USER NAME\AppData\Local\Opera Software\Opera Stable\Cache
