Can you figure out the version of the Opera browser via Help>About? Win CE 6.0 is a compact version of Windows for mobile devices and embedded applications, so it's anybody's guess what Opera the manufacturer has shoe-horned into the radio.

If it's Opera Mini (which I suspect), version 5 is just under 6 years old (late 2009)... and for a Chinese-made radio application like what he describes, that's not all that unbelievable. I'd suggest the OP try posting his problem over in the Opera Mini forum: https://forums.opera.com/category/30/opera-mini

Windows CE, aka Windows Mobile (or an earlier version thereof). It would have to be something like Opera Mini.
The oldest version for Windows Mobile is 7.60 TP1 in 2004, as seen on the archive site.
I think you need to ask the radio producer how to update it.
