The oldest version for Windows Mobile is 7.60 TP1 in 2004, as seen on the archive site.

I think you need to ask the radio producer how to update it.

If it's Opera Mini (which I suspect), version 5 is just under 6 years old (late 2009)... and for a Chinese-made radio application like what he describes, that's not all that unbelievable.
