Opera 35 released

I have Opera 35 on Windows 10 and the notifications are going to make me go back to a different browser. The noise scares my dog! PLEASE make it stop! I have gone to Settings > Websites > Notifications > checked Do not allow any site to show desktop notifications. To no avail.

You're posting this in the wrong forum area (should have posted here https://forums.opera.com/category/11/opera-for-windows), but I'll hep you. What kind of notification is this?

Opera uses Windows' notification system so what you have to do to stop all notifications is go to Microsoft Windows's Settings app - System - Notifications. There you can disable notifications completely for any app you want including Opera.

I really don't remember a status bar im mobile versions of Opera. Where that that tab used to be? What was in it?

Anyway, desktop version of Opera also doesn't have a status bar.

Of course, in one of the Opera for desktops forum according to your OS.
