Opera 30 - How To Get All/Any personalization to a New Computer

I just picked up a new computer and would like to get what ever personalized stuff is on the old one exported/copied to the new one.
I see there is no longer an export utility in Opera so I am kind of stuck here.
Any help out there?

Just copy the profile folder and paste it over the fresh install. Or if you just want bookmarks and such you can use the Sync feature.

Beforehand, rename the already existing new profile folder - in case something goes awry.
You can delete (or archive(temporarily)
) that new, 'bare'(?)
profile after your new, hand-transferred, configuration has proven working just fine. -

I want to do a clean install of Windows 10. So, passwords can't be included in the backup so that they can be restored later?

Passwords are encrypted using keys unique to the OS installation on the machine. They can only be decrypted using the very same OS installation. In other words, changing OS's or machines means the former system-linked keys originally used to encrypt the data can no longer be retrieved to decrypt the old encrypted data on a new system. It's the Achilles heel of the Chromish password encryption scheme.
