<p dir="auto">I see there is no longer an export utility in Opera so I am kind of stuck here.</p>
<p dir="auto">Any help out there?</p>

They can only be decrypted using the very same OS installation. In other words, changing OS's or machines means the former system-linked keys originally used to encrypt the data can no longer be retrieved to decrypt the old encrypted data on a new system. It's the Achilles heel of the Chromish password encryption scheme.</p>

<p dir="auto">Beforehand, rename the already existing new profile folder - in case something goes awry.<br />
You can delete (or archive<code> (temporarily)</code>) that new, 'bare'<code>(?)</code> profile after your new, hand-transferred, configuration has proven working just fine.</p>
