It appears that the solution is to copy the "Opera Stable" folder from machine number 1 and replace the "Opera Stable" folder in machine number 2 with it.
The problem is that right clicking on the Opera Stable folder does not give the "save" option. What am I missing. -

Okay, I have figured out how its done. One would think the files would be found in the Opera folder located in <C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera> but they are not. Finding the location of those files is the first problem. Here's how its done.
Directions for migrating Opera settings, speed dial favorites etcetera to another computer.
Open Opera.
Click the Opera button located in the upper left corner.
Click "About Opera".
Copy the profile address.
Click the start button in the task bar and paste the profile address into the search window.
This should bring up the "Opera Stable" folder.
Copy "Opera Stable into a flash Drive.
Move the flash drive to machine #2 & follow the above directions ending with replacing the existing Opera Stable with the one in the flash drive.
