One would think the files would be found in the Opera folder located in <C:\Program Files (x86)\Opera> but they are not. Finding the location of those files is the first problem. Here's how its done.

Directions for migrating Opera settings, speed dial favorites etcetera to another computer.

Open Opera.
Click the Opera button located in the upper left corner.
Click "About Opera".
Copy the profile address.
Click the start button in the task bar and paste the profile address into the search window.
This should bring up the "Opera Stable" folder.
Copy "Opera Stable into a flash Drive.
Move the flash drive to machine #2 & follow the above directions ending with replacing the existing Opera Stable with the one in the flash drive.

Or just copy the folder and paste it somewhere else.

The problem is that right clicking on the Opera Stable folder does not give the "save" option. What am I missing.

You can not move passwords this way - they are encrypted to your user account and can't be decrypted on another machine - but everything else should be fine.
