Opera One. It happens every time. I didn't try other themes except classic. This strip appears for less than 1 second and disappears. Exactly like that:

According to the reddit thread users also have the red screen like I do. I'm on Win 10.

I've just noticed! It really flashes when minimizing and restoring, but for a moment, I didn't pay attention before.

Maybe Win 10 only specific issue.

I reported the bug yet a week ago in Developer thread but there was no feedback (most are on Win 11 as it seems). So the bug now in Stable.

*And I guess the red bar on start is the same invisible bar on speed dial page., the bar cuts tiles and prevents scrolling full down.

@proshor Have you tried a test standalone installation of Opera Developer? You can get it from the "Opera Developer" section at https://www.opera.com/download.

Also, what specific version of Windows? (Windows 10 22H2 or Windows 11 23H2/24H2/25H2)?

I can't reproduce the issue myself on Windows 11 23H2 with my hardware, so was wondering.
