Red strip below the screen

Hello! After last update each time I launch Opera I see a red strip below the screen. Then it quickly disappears. Please, fix!

I tried reproducing this at https://www.reddit.com/r/operabrowser/comments/1pgf9gq/whenever_i_open_opera_a_weird_red_bar_shows_up_at/, but wasn't able to.
