Will Opera's Android version also be transformed? Will it now be possible to synchronize chats between devices?

I wonder which implication this has for privacy and data security. If Opera's AI is given access to the content of my opened websites how can I be sure this is not going to leave my computer and that it will generally adhere to GDPR? Otherwise as interesting this sounds, I should have to leave Opera aside or just not use AI in it any longer. Would be great to learn more about that.
