Preview images not displayed on YouTube

After upgrading to version 119.0.5497.70 on Win11, all video preview images are not displayed and on the video playback page all text is also not displayed. The problem does not return by clearing cache, restarting Opera or Windows.

Thanks to @andrew84 who led me down the right path. I disabled an Opera extension called Adblock Plus and both the thumbnail images and all the components on the pages when playing the videos now show correctly!

@kemical79 In my case it was Opera's built in ad blocker and it was temporary. Later I enabled the blocker again and works also. But if the Adblock Plus uses the same lists, the source of the issue maybe similar (maybe it also worth updating the lists manually).
