I don't have anything with you but again, as long as you don't use the latest version of Opera, your issue won't be solved. Developers won't revert in any way back to an older version just to fix your bug.

@fuzzbucket You need to ask the sites why they are allowing other browsers and blocking Opera.

@leocg Funny you should mention it: I did ask one of them. They found me as using an IP that wasn't mine - I got it it Sweden and North Carolina) (and I have the VPN in Opera disabled.)
and:I searched google for 77.111.244.210 and also got Norway and Netherlands locations from it!
Also it's associated with Opera (the browser) and also it's listed as a fraud risk -

Why this didn't trigger other sites I don't know. (Nor why your text shows up giant sized.)

@fuzzbucket Turbo? I would have expected the servers to be disabled years ago, but if somehow you do have Turbo mode enabled that would use an Opera server.

@pilis00 No. I dislike the things. They have consequences - as we see here !

@leocg I do not use a VPN. I have disabled it.
Try unplugging and replugging your router if you use a Wi-Fi network.

@leocg You're telling me ! It isn't showing that IP now, but the library is still inaccessible !
@pilis00 I have switched off my router more than once, when I've been away. Made no difference. -

Try resetting Opera's settings too to see if it helps.
Otherwise, I know you won't like what I'm going to say but you should try a Windows reinstallation, I don't think there is much you can do.
I know, it's just a browser, but still.

@pilis00 Not that easy to do - I am on windows 7, and I don;'t want to lose it.... I might try resetting Opera. Or even running it in safe mode. But as you say - it's just a browser, and others work fine !
ETA well safe mode didn't help !

Use Opera sync, it will sync all your history, bookmarks, etc.

@fuzzbucket You can backup the profile directory. You can even just rename it to check if the issue happens in a new clean profile directory
