@leocg I do not use a VPN. I have disabled it.
Try unplugging and replugging your router if you use a Wi-Fi network.

@leocg You're telling me ! It isn't showing that IP now, but the library is still inaccessible !
@pilis00 I have switched off my router more than once, when I've been away. Made no difference. -

Try resetting Opera's settings too to see if it helps.
Otherwise, I know you won't like what I'm going to say but you should try a Windows reinstallation, I don't think there is much you can do.
I know, it's just a browser, but still.

@pilis00 Not that easy to do - I am on windows 7, and I don;'t want to lose it.... I might try resetting Opera. Or even running it in safe mode. But as you say - it's just a browser, and others work fine !
ETA well safe mode didn't help !

Use Opera sync, it will sync all your history, bookmarks, etc.

@fuzzbucket You can backup the profile directory. You can even just rename it to check if the issue happens in a new clean profile directory

@pilis00 there is no need to reinstall Windows because of the browser, clear the cache and everything else, remove the entire history and then it will be fine, and reinstallation is a last resort and if nothing helps then uninstall Opera with Revo Uninstaller and reinstall again there is no need to reinstall Windows because of the browser
