Unjust Downvotes Leading to Approval Delays, Need a Fair Resolution

Who is consistently downvoting reputations without any valid reason? This issue is making it difficult to post, as repeated approvals are required. I have analyzed the pattern, and I'm not the only one facing this—many others are experiencing the same problem. Once a post is approved, the reputation drops into the negative, causing continuous approval delays.
Is there any solution to prevent this unfair downvoting system? -

@Holmesreign3182 Certain users have taken it upon themselves to look for users they think are aliases for the spammers, and then report and downvote those users. Unfortunately they have no real idea. Personally I am ignoring their reports - and consider at least one of them a likely spammer myself. I'll see if I can do anything on my end about the downvotes.

@sgunhouse Yes, please find a solution for this. I have observed and analyzed that the person downvoting others is actually a spammer himself. He deliberately downvotes other users' accounts, causing genuine users to suffer as well.
This individual has downvoted my account multiple times, making it extremely difficult for me to post. In fact, my account even got banned because of this. I recently joined and have been trying for the past four to five days, but I keep facing issues.
Suddenly, it occurred to me that I should definitely discuss this matter with you, as you might have a solution.

@sgunhouse I am facing the same problem. Someone has downvoted my ID as well, due to which I am unable to post. Every time I try, it requires approval.
Please check my ID and see how spammers are ruining genuine accounts. Is there no solution to this?
Earlier, even new users could upvote or downvote, which made it easier to manage, and posting wasn't as difficult. But ever since these rules changed, we have been facing more issues. Now, posting feels risky because there's always a fear that someone else might downvote again. -

@sgunhouse see once again the same problem, Please ban such spammers who are unnecessarily downvoting. If they have any genuine issues, they should communicate with us instead. But what’s the point of downvoting genuine users like this?

@Holmesreign3182 if you get enough upvotes to counteract the downvotes, you'll be able to post normally. At the moment you should be fine.

@sgunhouse But this is exactly what the spammers are preventing from happening. They keep coming back and downvoting repeatedly. My ID gets approved, and this has happened three times already, but they keep downvoting and ruining it again.

Mind you, one has already posted here., so you know him already.

@sgunhouse I have no idea who it is because there is no notification for this. But I want you to pay attention to those who are doing such things and ruining others' IDs. At the very least, you should be able to fix the accounts of those affected.

@sumer2sher You only have 3 posts, it is easy enough to look at each of them and see which have downvotes.. (Hint: if you click on your own name or avatar it will take you to your forum profile, and your posts are listed there. Unfortunately you do need to click through to the original threads to see the vote totals, but as I said right now it is only 3.)
