What happened to Opera's free 50 MB and why is it working for only Opera Mini instead of Opera Mini and Opera browser.

I mean that I can browse for free on MTN and Airtel for free on both Opera and Opera Mini but now, the free 50 MB only works on Opera Mini and doesn't work on Opera even if I created an Opera account on Opera and set the DNS to my current service provider, which is the usual way to solve this problem.
