Video pop out player not showing up

Picture-in-picture mode does not work. I turned on graphics acceleration and a window appeared, but on top of everything it still doesn't work, but just separately. The screenshot shows an example of what the screen looks like, I turn on the picture-in-picture mode. Technical support has been silent for a day and does not write how to solve this problem. I am very upset.t.

When turned on, it opens a window and shows, but it does not show on top of other windows. It turns out just in a separate small window and that's it.

And there used to be a separate window on top of everything and it was convenient.

But a correction to the operation of this mode was announced in the changes to this version. That is, they publish a new version that they themselves haven’t even launched and haven’t checked what they did there. It's kind of a shame.

For me the same problem since last Opera update on Windows 10: The video pop out is not visible. Hardware acceleration is enabled.
Any other workarounds for me?

At first note: The video pop out feature works fine until the last update.

I tried also to reset all Opera settings now - video pop out still not working.
