How do i restore cache?

I deleted my history, cookies, etc. How do I restore it? As far as I'm aware, I have no backups or anything like that.

@ACBloxplayer Opera doesn't back that stuff up either, if you used Opera to delete it. If you used an external program then Sync might recover your history and cookies, but the cache is not synced and can't be restored.
