Scrollbars and close, minimize, and maximize buttons are all 1px away from the screen edge (at least on Linux). Can someone please take a look at that once and for all?

Thanks for fixing and bringing back VPN since it disappeared in Opera 112.0.5197.10 beta, working fine now!
