Opera doesn't install

Can't install Opera told them about the bug but not interested and diverted me here.
Unable to install Opera on Windows 10 computer just sits on this page.

@operadoesntload No progress? Something is preventing the installer from downloading the rest of the files. If you have those rights on that machine you could try allowing the installer; alternatively you can download the offline (full) installer and use that instead of the regular installer.

I'm having issues uninstalling and reinstalling Opera GX due to bugs. Maybe our issues are related?

Hello, I am sorry to say I have decided to spend no more time on this problem and decided to use Brave instead.
The lack of support on just installing the browser leads me to think that at a later date if I have problems there will be none.
