Opera Thinks I'm Outside the U.S.

I live in north Texas and am here now.
When I attempt to access www.cvs.com on Opera, it redirects me to cvs.com/international.html and states the following:
CVS.com is not available to our customers or patients who are located outside of the United States or U.S. territories. We apologize for any inconvenince.When I attempt to login to CenterWell Pharmacy at account.centerwellpharmacy.com, I receive the message:
Humana does not offer products or services outside of the US.I don't have this problem with Opera on Windows. The problem only exists with Opera on Android.
Samsung Galaxy S10+
Android 12I don't have this problem with any other websites on Opera.
If anyone knows how to correct this, I will be most grateful.

@jg-opera-77 If you use the VPN, you very well might appear as outside the US. Otherwise ... did you allow geolocation?

@sgunhouse VPN is disabled. Location is permitted. Accessing the same sites in Firefox works with no issues. I prefer to use Opera because I like how speed dial can be customized better than Firefox.

@jg-opera-77 For some reason the site seems to be guessing guessing your location wrongly.
What happens if you enable VPN and select Americas?

Try Turning Off Your VPN
VPNs Are made to make it look like you are not where you actually are, so maybe that's why
