I'm one of the winner of Opera art online contest and my winning prize still getting delayed. Is there any way I could contact and chat with Opera accounting team regarding this? Pls kindly reply, I need help.

@leocg they already use my arts on the mobile app, but its taking so long for the prize to arrive for me and the winners. Also they havent reply to any of my email or tweet. I think I need help on this...

@leocg yess me and all of the other winners got email from them, we filled the form with our biodata etc. Everything seems legit tho, but the prize delay is sooo long. And we still get no clear update untill now. The last update from them is on October 6th and they said the prize already sent on that day. If they're using SWIFT to transfer the money, we should've get the money at least on October 13th. But now its already overtime, and we still havent get the money. Sad af.

@leocg On Friday, October 6th, they stated that they had already sent the prize using a SWIFT transfer. They promised it would arrive within 1-3 working days, so it should have arrived approximately by October 9-11th. However, it has not arrived as of today, and they have not responded to any of our emails or contacts on platforms like Twitter and Instagram. I trust Opera as a company, but this is getting sus lol.
