I am writing to inquire about the legitimacy of the prize distribution process for the Opera Wallpaper Showdown Contest and and Opera AI Aria Creative Prompt Contest on Twitter:

In which I had the honor of being selected as one of the winners on both contest. I am pleased to inform that my wallpaper is also now available on the Opera mobile app (ios and android) as a featured wallpaper. I have diligently followed all the rules, submitted the required information, and shared my personal details with the Opera official team with my email.

Regrettably, it has been nearly almost two months since our victories were announced, and I have yet to receive any clear official updates regarding the distribution of the contest prizes. On October 6th, I learned that the other winners received official updates about the prize distribution process from email, but I, unfortunately, did not receive any such official communication from email, which makes me worry. The email also said that the prize is already sent on October 6th, and might take 1-3 working days to arrived, but now it's already passed 3 days since that last update. Me and the other winners have been contacting and waiting together for the prize, I think it's fair for us to get it, since our arts already been used by Opera at Opera mobile app.

Also for the AI Aria Creative Prompt contest that I won, I already gave my email to Opera official account from twitter DM just like what they asked, but I havent get any further information from email about that too so that I can claim the prize.

I hold Opera in high regard as a reputable company, and I participated in these contests with utmost dedication and effort. Therefore, I kindly request some clarification on the status of the contest prizes. I sincerely hope that these contests are legitimate, and that the prizes will be awarded as promised. Waiting for an extended period has raised concerns, and I hope to dispel any doubts about the authenticity of these contests. I just need some official response and clarity on this subject, should we the winners keep waiting until we eventually get the prize? Will the prize ever be arrived?

I have invested considerable time and effort into my winning entries, and I eagerly anticipate any help and guidance on the matter. I'm also willing to join any other Opera activities or competition if they're going to make one again someday, as long as I got a clarity for my problem now.

They promised it would arrive within 1-3 working days, so it should have arrived approximately by October 9-11th. However, it has not arrived as of today, and they have not responded to any of our emails or contacts on platforms like Twitter and Instagram. I trust Opera as a company, but this is getting sus lol.

And we still get no clear update untill now. The last update from them is on October 6th and they said the prize already sent on that day. If they're using SWIFT to transfer the money, we should've get the money at least on October 13th. But now its already overtime, and we still havent get the money. Sad af.
