I want to unsubscribe from the Forum

I've been trying to unsubscribe from the forum for five minutes, but I just keep getting ways to subscribe, or variants of that idea. I Don't Want To Have Anything More To Do With The Forum. It's not that I hate it; it's just that I now view it as useless clutter.

Please unsubscribe me from the forum. Everyone else can do it with one click. Way does the Forum make it necessary for me to write my Congressman ?

Hi @damnyou,

If you're receiving some unwanted email notifications you can go to your Settings (click on your avatar and choose "Settings") and disable them. In your case (and I think that's the default setting) you will get emails only about watched topics :

Notice that by default you will be "watching" (and, thus, being notified of any new post) in certain topics. That also can be changed or you can go to a particular topic and un-watch it (look for the bell icon in the topic header).

Other than that you can simply not open the forums and not participate in any discussions and the forums should leave you in peace
