Hello, what is that face icon in the top right corner of the picture? What is this function, what is it supposed to be good for? How can this be removed or disabled?

Didn't try it? It's a "rate this feature" button - though I'm a bit vague which part of the speed dial page they think you'll be rating.
Yes, I tried the icon. But which function should be evaluated there? That's why it's incomprehensible for this to be good at all?

Why is this being forced on me by Opera? And why can't something like this be disabled? That's absolute bullshit from Opera!
