Only for Opera Presto (http://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/win/1216/int/). Opera Blink doesn't have any x64 builds.

Perhaps the developers have their hands full right now? After all, there are a number of Linux users still waiting for a New Opera build they can try out, while 64-bit Windows users can at least install the 32-bit version and have it run fine.
OS: Win 7-64 SP1 -- Web Browsers: Opera 12.14u, 11.52; Firefox 27; Qupzilla 1.4.2; IE8

Make sure not to miss the date of that storyYes, but not all forks in the code path have adopted the same strategies, and not all developers using the same forked-code rendering engine have assigned the same priority to coding their interfaces for 64-bits.
