There is a version of the opera browser in 64-bits?

Only for Opera Presto (http://get.opera.com/ftp/pub/opera/win/1216/int/). Opera Blink doesn't have any x64 builds.

Perhaps the developers have their hands full right now? After all, there are a number of Linux users still waiting for a New Opera build they can try out, while 64-bit Windows users can at least install the 32-bit version and have it run fine.

Yes, but not all forks in the code path have adopted the same strategies, and not all developers using the same forked-code rendering engine have assigned the same priority to coding their interfaces for 64-bits.
