We are happy to announce the release of Opera for Android 75 (75.2.3978.72468)! This version of your browser comes with a visual refresh, new translation options and improvements to notification management.
More changes/additions:
- Chromium 112
- New theme: Orange
Please try the new version and leave a comment with any feedback you may have for us.
Also let us know if you have any other theme color suggestions. -

The visual refresh is really starting to bug me. I really can't see why there was a need for it as it looked fine as it was. After several days I'm really not getting used to it at all.
I don't get this idea that everything has to change for no real reason. The change may not be huge, but it's enough to make me not want to view it. I've even started using Firefox again because this just looks wrong. -

Hi, thanks for your feedback. We have updated our browser based on Material 3 so our product aligns well with the system.
Here is a reference to Material 3: https://m3.material.ioHave you tried all color combinations (including dark theme)? Maybe some of them works better. If you don't mind, please tell us which colors you have tested and did not really work for you.

And, as usually, new version (75) does not exist on your official download site...
