Not able to download opera.

Whenever I try to download opera or opera gx, the program doesn't come up and instead a debug file pops up specifying an error which says:
The system cannot find the file specified. (0x2)
Someone suggest something pls.

@vishdagoat So you can't download Opera or you can't install Opera? If I understood correctly, the (online) installer is not being able to get the data to install Opera, is that right? What would be the steps to try to reproduce the issue?
Can you download the offline installer? Does it work?

I seem to have the same issue, I can download the setup, but when I try to run it, it doesn't start. I have tried both the online and offline installers, but they do not work, however the archived opera 95 installer does work.
I also have another issue which I'm unsure if it is related or not. I can't seem to update opera. When I search for new updates the browser tells me it is up-to-date, even though I have found later updates. (it is currently on update 95.0.4635.84)

@leocg I can't install opera, I have downloaded both the offline and online installers but when i double click it to install it, I am not able to. A debug file is created. I am even trying previous versions now but same problem

OK what the hell, I downloaded Opera 92 and now its working. Its able to install. Uh, mods sorry if i wasted ur time.
