Suspect OperaGx notifications

Hi, I just formated my pc (from zero) and installed OperaGx (I installed it one day ago). Today I was installing apps from adobe cloud and got some suspect notifications on my pc from "Browser Opera Gx". 30min ago I got notifications with naked girls and porn web sites, I got scared and cleanned it. but now I have suspect notifications again but with other themes.

Can someone explain me why is this happening.

Ps: My brother uses the same browser and never got anything like that.

@sofiat You see a website name just above the Okay button? That is the website the notification comes from. At some point you allowed that site to send you notifications. Go into Site Settings and remove that site from the list allowed to send you notifications.
