Why can I not create tabs when i wheel click on the top bar anymore?

After my Opera updated I couldn't create tabs when clicking the tab bar with my mouse wheel. That feature was always there before and i didnt set up any shortcuts for it but now its gone.

Platform, and version of Opera? I've seen reports of this in GX, and a possibly related comment (which should only apply if running Opera maximized) about changing the option to remove spacing in the top bar.

I have GX too and it stopped working today. I love that feature! Please fix this
