How to not get site suggestions?

how do I get Opera to Stop making suggestions about websites, either on the home page or on my speed dial pages? It is Very annoying!

@ljfried Site suggestions are in start page section if I remember correctly.

Show Speed Dial suggestions

and is in the Start page section. Just flip it off.
